The following press release was issued by the Maricopa County Attorney's Office:
On Sunday March 9th, Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrest Felipe Hernandez Galeana (DOB 05/21/75), an illegal alien, sex offender, and three time deportee after Galeana, Cedric Jordon (DOB 02/05/64) and known prostitute, Morshe Gardner (DOB 01/26/68) parked his vehicle in the “Prisoner Loading Only” zone in front of the Sheriff’s Communication Center, located at 1st Avenue and Madison Street.

A deputy spotted Galeana through the windows of the communication center grab a beer from Jordon and start drinking it as he walked around the outside of the 1998 Yukon. When deputies contacted the group they found three crack pipes amongst several beer cans.
After a records check all were found to have criminal histories. Clearly Galeana has not figured out how to avoid law enforcement. The three were arrested and booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail.
