Phoenix police busted a drop house near Eighth Street and Oak on Friday the 13th.
Detective Reuben Gonzales with Phoenix Police said at this time they have 15 people in custody, including four suspects, one of them is a female.
Investigators are on scene trying to determine if the female and mother of two is the renter of the apartment.
Police were first called out to the apartment on a check welfare call, when upon investigation they discovered many people huddled in a bedroom.
IMPACT will assume the investigation and processing of the illegal immigrants.
