Former polygamist sect leader Warren Jeffs may soon face eight charges instead of ten in Arizona.
The Mohave County Attorney filed a motion yesterday to dismiss two of the charges against Jeffs.
Apparently the alleged victim has refused to testify.
The charges stem from a case involving an arranged marriage between an underage girl and her older cousin.
The judge is expected to rule on the motion later this week.
Jeffs would still face four counts each of sexual conduct with a minor and incest.
The 52-year-old was already convicted in Utah on similar charges.
