Judge accepts guilty plea

Cold Stone Creamery owners daughter pleads guilty in court. She faces between 5-10 years behind bars when she is sentenced next month. She is under house arrest at this time. She rear ended a scooter in Mesa, Arizona in March of 2006. Her blood alcohol level at the time was nearly twice the legal amount.
